Following on from Philip's encounter with the Ethiopian on the Gaza Road, we return to Jerusalem, where a zealous pharisee named Saul of Tarsus is breathing out murderous threats against the church and is making a plan to head to Damascus in pursuit of the Christians there. But the Lord has other plans...
Glover's Others is about a passage from Isaiah 12 and What's The Gen? is all about the Field Guide to the Bible.

In this episode we pick up the account after the martyrdom of Stephen, and learn about how the message of Jesus was propelled beyond Jerusalem and Judea and into Samaria. We follow the story of Philip - discussing evangelism, inclusion and the provenance of 1st century souvenirs.
Glover's Others is about Josheb-Basshebetha the Tahkemonite, Eleazar son of Dodai the Ahohite and Shammah son of Agee the Hararite, AKA the Three. What's The Gen? is all about role models and their importance in literacy.

Neil, Fiona and Jen delve into the Acts of the Apostles where the strapline 'Go! Go! Go!' seems fitting.
In this episode we continue to hear of the persecution of the early church, this time through the martyrdom of Stephen. There's discussion of Stephen's preaching, the description of his face as being angelic and the response of the religious leaders.
There's also correspondence on all manner of topics, plus Glover's Others is about Hagar, the first person ever to name God in the book of Genesis. What's The Gen? shares 7 statements about Gen Z from a recent report into the spiritual state of the world's children. These are:
- Diverse but avoid confrontation
- Less religious (25% attend church each week but not hostile to church)
- Authenticity and anonymity matter online (1 in 3 have finsta account)
- Constantly connected (damaging mental health/sleep)
- Entrepreneurs
- Self learning (watching videos, collaboration, creativity preferred ways to learn)

The team talks about the threat to the church through lack of integrity, persecution and distraction. What's The Gen? offers some thought on th importance of going with young people to events and residentials.
